Clinical Information:

This lady complained of right radial wrist pain since she gave birth to a baby 5 months ago. Physical examination showed local tenderness at the radial styloid. Finkelstein test was positive.

Brief Description:

US examination showed hypoechoic and thickened tenosynovium over the tendon sheath of first extensor compartment, with slight increase in vascularity.
