Clinical Information:

A 48 year-old runner.

Brief Description:

Incidental finding of a cystic mass with posterior acoustic enhancement over the sinus tarsi region, and extend to involve under the extensor digitorum longus tendon and across above the talar head. No significant increase in vascularity is noted. Sonographically it is suggestive of a Gruberi bursa.
