Clinical Information:

This lady complained of right foot pain over sole for few months. Physical examination showed local tenderness over the mid portion of plantar fascia near foot arch.

Brief Description:

Ultrasound examination showed two hypoechoic and thickened nodules over the mid part of plantar fascia without increase in vascularity. Sonographically it is suggestive of plantar fibromatosis.
